Why should murderers sit in prison for 20, 30, 40 yrs, eating 3 meals a day, having a shower every day, allowed to workout in a gym, smoke outside, watch TV, etc. Now if the death was an accident, like a car accident, then a jail sentence is fair. I understand it&aposs teachings but I don&apost agree with that one. I know the Church is against death penalty. Now if the death was an accident, like a car. They killed a person(s) and shouldn&apost be allowed to continue to live. If it&aposs their 2nd or 3rd DUI tho, they don&apost deserve to die but shouldn&apost be allowed to be free anymore since they never stopped the drinking and driving. But a person that just kills out of lust, jealous, rage, etc, doesn&apost deserve the freedoms prisons give them when their victims are dead and have no more freedoms. 711 answers Law Ethics 2 weeks ago.
